David Flautt is the owner of Assisted Living Locators of Greater Cincinnati. Serving the SW Ohio region including Northern Kentucky, David brings a diverse professional background and mind-set well-suited to helping older adults and their families navigate the complex decisions that often confront families as family members age. Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, David earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Health Service Administration and Planning. Previously a licensed financial advisor and a 25-year consulting career. David’s family includes two children and his wife Amanda Orlando-Flautt, a local on-air radio personality.

As a Senior Living Advisor and Clinical Specialist, Kelly Duebber serves families and older adults with unparalleled passion and professionalism. Rooted in her nursing background, Kelly advocates for her clients, often meeting with care transition staff at hospitals to ensure safe discharges and care coordination. Kelly is most often a trusted member of each families care team. Kelly lives and resides here in Cincinnati with children and family.
